Book in for a Naturopathic Nutrition Consult

The consultation will be a discussion based on the information provided in the ‘pre-consult questionnaire’. (This will be reviewed prior to your visit, and include any relevant research relating to your concerns.)

Together, we will complete a comprehensive review of:

  • Your health history
  • Discuss medical history
  • Including any medicines, recent pathology results
  • Establish baseline results such as Blood Pressure, pulse and body composition
  • Diet and lifestyle habits

And of course the reason for your visit what is important to you and your health goals. 

It is important, that we also discuss what has worked well for you and what has not.

You Will Go Home With:

  • Initial treatment strategy
  • 2-week diet and lifestyle workbook
  • Individualised patient information
  • If required, referral for any testing or practitioner-only supplementation

Follow-up summary email of consult and strategy within 48 business hours.
